(*) Law No. 20,564 has modified the legal framework that applies to the resources considered
in the Budget Law for the Firefighters Corps of Chile and the National Board of the
Firefighters Corps, assigning the functions of transferring and controlling the use of public
funds to the Sub-secretary of the Interior as of February 3, 2012.
For this reason, the CMF is no longer responsible for transferring public funds to these entities.
