CMF Commissioner Beltrán de Ramón to head internal investigation on complaint for alleged bribery filed before the Public Prosecutor’s Office

The Financial Market Commission (CMF) announces that Chairwoman Solange Berstein designated Commissioner Beltrán de Ramón to head the internal investigation aiming to determine eventual administrative infractions and personnel responsibilities regarding the facts featured in the complaint the Commission submitted to the Public Prosecutor's Office for alleged bribery. Said complaint was filed against Luis Hermosilla Osorio, Daniel Sauer Adlerstein, and María Leonarda Villalobos Mutter.
