CMF publishes for consultation amendment to regulation on submission of ongoing information by General Fund Managers

October 20, 2026 - The Financial Market Commission (CMF) published for consultation today, and over the next two weeks, a proposal amending General Rule No. 532 on the submission of ongoing information by General Fund Managers.

The proposal extends the timeframe in which these entities must continue submitting in parallel the information required by Circular Letters that will be repealed by the Information Systems Manual for Funds (ISMF) until June 30, 2027. This initiative aims to ensure a gradual, orderly transition towards the ISMF's full implementation.
