CMF sanctions Private Investment Fund Manager for breaching ongoing information duties

September 25, 2026 - The Board of the Financial Market Commission (CMF) applied a sanction of censure against Vulion Capital S.A. for breaching its ongoing information duties.

Per Exempt Resolution No. 10,269, the entity infringed upon the obligations set forth in General Rule No. 475 by not submitting to the CMF in a timely manner quarterly financial information it was mandated to report.
