CMF publishes for consultation Information Systems Manual for Risk Rating Entities

September 21, 2026 - The Financial Market Commission (CMF) published for consultation over the next four weeks the Information Systems Manual for Risk Rating Entities (RREs).

The proposal aims to systematize and consolidate information requirements applicable to RREs through updates to the format and structure to submit said information. This is to facilitate and standardize the reporting of information to the CMF and favor greater clarity, consistency, and efficiency in supervisory processes.

This initiative supplements the proposal of a Regulatory Compendium for RREs - whose public consultation ended on September 20 - to move towards an updated, more coherent and ordered regulatory framework regarding information requirements.
