CMF sanctions Mutual Mortgage Manager for not submitting financial statements in a timely manner

August 17, 2026 - The Board of the Financial Market Commission (CMF) censured Unidad Mutuos Hipotecarios S.A. for not submitting its financial statements within the timeframe set forth in Circular Letter No. 2,143.

As stated in Resolution No. 8,401, the entity infringed the cited regulation by failing to submit in a timely manner its financial information as of June 2025.
