CMF sanctions Private Investment Fund Managers for breaching ongoing information duties
August 5, 2026 - The Board of the Financial Market Commission (CMF) sanctioned seven Private Investment Fund Managers for breaching their ongoing information duties by not submitting periodic financial information within the timeframe set forth in the regulations. They thus infringed upon General Rule No. 475.
