CMF extends for six months the suspension of the administration of Seguros Konsegur de Garantías y Crédito S.A.

June 30, 2026.- The Financial Market Commission (CMF) reports that its Board resolved to extend for six months the suspension of the administration of the company Seguros Konsegur de Garantías y Crédito S.A.

Additionally, President Catherine Tornel resolved to also extend, for the same period, the appointment of Robert Rivas Carrillo as administrator of the company.

The Resolution is based on the need to maintain the measures established to provide continuity to the company and ensure the due protection of the insured parties' interests, given the current situation of the claims portfolio, as well as the economic-financial reality of the entity.
