August 11, 2025 - The Financial Market Commission (CMF) opened the registration process to attend joint workshops with the private sector as part of the CMF's Market Development Agenda. These workshops intend to move forward with initiatives to develop the Financial Market and publish a Policy Document on Modernization of the Chilean Capital Market during the first half of 2026.
Proposals received during the call held by the Commission last December are available on a special section of the CMF website, as well as this link.
Workshops begin on August 22 around four key points: corporate governance; financing for small-sized businesses; promotion of savings; and capital market infrastructure and depth. The list of workshops and their corresponding registration forms is available here.
- Corporate Governance: August 22, 2025 (9:00 - 11:15).
- Financing for Small-Sized Businesses: August 29, 2025 (9:00 - 11:15).
- Promotion of Savings: September 5, 2025 (9:00 - 11:15).
- Market Infrastructure and Depth: September 26, 2025 (9:00 - 11:15).
Registrations will be open until Monday of each week with a scheduled workshop, and places are limited. Registered parties must wait for a confirmation email to attend.
