January 23rd, 2018. - This afternoon, members of the Council of the Financial Market Commission (CMF) attended the session of the Senate Finance Committee, where they presented the position of the Commission regarding the draft bill that modernizes the banking legislation.
The Chairman of the Commission, Carlos Pavez; the deputy Chairman, Rosario Celedón; and the Commissioner Christian Larrain attended the session, highlighting the main aspects of the commission’s support to this draft bill, as well as the advantages of the integration of the banking regulation and oversight under the umbrella of the CMF.
