April 1, 2026 - Catherine Tornel, Chairwoman of the Financial Market Commission (CMF), suspended through Exempt Resolution No. 3.565 the quotations and transactions of shares and bonds issued by Clínica Las Condes S.A. until April 15, 2026 or until the firm submits its audited financial statements as of December 31, 2025.

The Resolution states that, as of today, and in accordance with the firm's notification to the CMF dated March 26, 2026, Clínica Las Condes S.A. has not submitted its financial information as of December 31, 2025 to the CMF despite the submission timeframe expiring on March 31, 2026.

Therefore, investors, shareholders, and the market in general lack accurate, sufficient, and timely information regarding the company's financial situation and, by extension, that of its securities.
