March 31, 2026 - The Board of the Financial Market Commission (CMF) resolved to extend the management suspension issued against Konsegur Seguros de Garantías y Crédito S.A. for three months. Additionally, Chairwoman Catherine Tornel resolved to extend the appointment of Mr. Robert Rivas Carrillo as administrator of the company for the same timeframe.
The Resolution is based on keeping necessary measures to give continuity to the firm and adequately protect policyholders' interests in place. This is due to both the current state of Konsegur's claims and policies portfolio and the company's economic and financial situation.
