February 26, 2026 - The Financial Market Commission (CMF) alerts the public about the following entities, which are neither registered before the CMF nor legally authorized to provide regulated services.
This means the Commission cannot exert its supervising and sanctioning capacities upon said entities.
- ERVShares, which operates through the ervshares.com website.
- Inversiones e Inmobiliaria Mella e Hijos SPA.
- INVESTIVEO and FRWEBONLINE LTD., which operate through the https://investiveo.com website.
- CROWNEQUITYPRO, which operates through the https://crownequitypro.com website.
- AZUL INVEST, which operates through the https://azulinv.com website
Before making any investment, the CMF recommends investors to always do their research on products and companies they are considering investing in. They can take the following actions to avoid potential scams:
- Check the CMF website to confirm whether the relevant company is registered in Chile; is currently supervised by the CMF; and which parties are responsible for its management.
- Use popular Internet search engines to identify any complaints or negative feedback about the company - for example, by searching the company's name, directors, and products being considered for investment.
The Commission also reminds the public that interested parties can verify on the CMF website whether an entity or person offering financial products or services is supervised by the CMF; check alerts issued by the CMF and other foreign regulators on unregulated entities or activities; and other important advice for the protection of investors, policyholders, and financial clients.
