January 19, 2026 - Having verified compliance by Tenpo Bank Chile with requirements set forth in current rules and regulations, the Financial Market Commission (CMF) granted said entity its Operating Authorization.
This way, Tenpo Bank Chile officially completes its licensing process, which already had its Existence Authorization granted. The Operating Authorization proves Tenpo Bank Chile is now ready to carry out its line of business.
According to Article 31 of the General Banking Act, Tenpo Bank Chile has a one-year timeframe to start its activities.
