January 14, 2026 - The Board of the Financial Market Commission (CMF) applied a sanction of censure against Hipotecaria La Construcción Leasing S.A. for breaching its ongoing information duties before the CMF.
Per Exempt Resolution No. 531, the firm infringed upon the provisions stated in General Rule No. 475 by failing to submit their financial statements as of December 2024 in a timely manner.
Such information allows both the CMF and the public to have timely data on the financial situation of firms enrolled in the Special Registry of Reporting Entities.
