• Interested authors are invited to submit research papers for the academic session of the CMF's 2026 Annual Conference, "Toward a Sustainable Financial System: Inclusion, Trust, and Digital Transformation."

January 9, 2026 - The Financial Market Commission (CMF) began a call for researchers to participate in the 10th CMF Annual Conference, titled "Toward a Sustainable Financial System: Inclusion, Trust, and Digital Transformation," which will be held in May at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEN) of the University of Chile.

The event will take place over two differentiated days:

• Day One (Academic): Includes parallel sessions focused on the presentation of research papers and input from commentators, providing a forum for debate on studies related to financial system development and stability.
• Day Two (Plenary): Features presentations and panel discussions with national and international authorities and experts.

Instructions to Submit Works (Call for Papers)

As part of the academic day, we cordially invite academics, researchers, professionals, and students to present their research:

• Submission and Deadlines: Interested parties must send their scientific articles (in progress or completed), in PDF format and including an abstract, to the email address convocatoria_cmf@cmfchile.cl by March 15, 2026, at the latest.
• Selection and Format: Papers will undergo peer review and selection by the organizing committee. Selected articles will be assigned to an organization-appointed commentator to provide feedback during the corresponding session.
• Costs and Funding: There is no cost to apply. However, neither the CMF nor the FEN of the University of Chile provide financial support for selected researchers' expenses.
