January 8, 2026 - The Financial Market Commission (CMF) alerts the public about the following entities, which are neither registered before the CMF nor legally authorized to provide regulated services.
This means the Commission cannot exert its supervising and sanctioning capacities upon said entities.
- FOREXBANK LATAM, GROUP LATAM, KEY SOFT TECHNOLOGY SPA, GRUPO PALM, and CRYPTOMARGTEN LLC. They operate through the www.forexbankla.com and www.strade.cl websites.
- NOMOAI, ZENFY, and NOMOTRADE. They operate through the www.m.tgtex.com, https://m.tgtex.com, and https://promo.nomotrade.com websites.
- FINCLOUD, FINCLOUD.CAPITAL, and SURREPTITIOUS GROUP LLC. They operate through the https://fincloud.capital, https://fincloud.center, https://fincloud.life, https://fincloud.live, https://webtrader.fn-trade.link, and https://webtrader.fincloud.live websites.
- SURTRADING SPA and SECRET CLUB CHILE. They operate through the www.surtradingoficial.com, https://www.secretclubchile.com, and www.secretclubchile.com websites.
- ZENSTOX, VIE FINANCE SEY LTD, XCITE MOBILE TRADING, and XCITE MOBILE TRADING (APP). They operate through the www.zenstox.com website.
Before making any investment, the CMF recommends investors to always do their research on products and companies they are considering investing in by taking the following actions to avoid potential scams:
- Check the CMF website to confirm whether the relevant company is registered in Chile, and which parties are responsible for its management.
- Use popular Internet search engines to identify any complaints or negative feedback about the company through its name, its directors, and the products being considered for investment.
The Commission also reminds the public that interested parties can verify on the CMF website whether an entity or person offering financial products or services is supervised by the CMF; check alerts issued by the CMF and other foreign regulators on unregulated entities or activities; and other important advice for the protection of investors, policyholders, and financial clients.
