December 24, 2025 - The Financial Market Commission (CMF) reports that pursuant to Law No. 21,791, published in the Official Gazette on December 17, banks will not provide services to the public on December 31. Said Law reinstates the provision originally repealed by the Fintech Act (Law No, 21.521) of 2023.
The CMF recommends that the public carry out their on-site procedures with due anticipation since the last banking day of the year is Tuesday, December 30.
