December 18, 2025 - Having verified compliance with requirements contained in current regulations, the Financial Market Commission (CMF) approved the merger by incorporation of Seguros Vida Security Previsión S.A into Bice Vida Compañía de Seguros S.A., as well as the latter's bylaws reform.
Through this resolution, the special corporation Bice Vida Compañía de Seguros S.A. becomes the legal successor to Seguros Vida Security Previsión S.A., which will in turn be dissolved.
