November 14, 2025 - The Board of the Financial Market Commission (CMF) sanctioned three reporting entities for infringing their ongoing information duties to the Commission.
Per Exempt Resolution No. 11,494, these entities violated the requirements set forth in General Rule No. 475 by not submitting, in time or form, their annual financial information. Such information allows both the CMF and the public to have timely, thorough, and effective data on the financial situation of said entities to safeguard public trust.
