November 14, 2025 - The Board of the Financial Market Commission (CMF) sanctioned five securities issuers for breaching their ongoing information duties. Per Exempt Resolution No. 11.493, these entities did not comply with the obligations stated in General Rule No. 30 by failing to submit their financial statements to the CMF in a timely manner.
Said information allows the CMF and the market to have updated data on the real financial situation of securities issuers and, therefore, it is necessary for supervision and decision making.
