January 29, 2024 - The Board of the Financial Market Commission (CMF) fined Inversiones Nueva Región S.A. UF 500 for failing to submit its financial statements in a timely manner. Said statements were as of September and December 2020; March, June, September and December 2021; and March and June 2022.
Per Exempt Resolution No. 875, submitting financial information within the timeframes allotted by current regulations allows both the Commission and company shareholders to have complete, timely information to carry out supervisory work and take informed decisions.
