December 26, 2023 - The Financial Market Commission (CMF) reports that its Council has resolved to extend, for a period of six months, the suspension of the administration of the company Seguros Konsegur de Garantías y Crédito S.A.
Additionally, Chairwoman Solange Berstein has decided to extend, for an equal period, the appointment of Mr. Robert Rivas Carrillo as the administrator of the company.
The resolution is based on the persistence of solvency ratio non-compliance by Seguros Konsegur de Garantías y Crédito S.A., leading the CMF to suspend the company's insurance marketing activities and appoint an administrator.
