May 26, 2022 - The Financial Market Commission (CMF) released today its 2021 Annual Report, a document fulfilling the provisions of Decree Law No. 3,538 which creates the CMF.

The Annual Report details the work carried out by the Commission during the past year. Some of the matters it addresses include an evaluation of the behavior of the markets it supervises; the Commission's actions in regulatory, supervisory, and sanctioning matters; its participation in the design of public policies; resources used to perform its tasks; compliance levels with set objectives and indicators used to measure progress; and the challenges and goals for the following year.
