June 1, 2026 - The Financial Market Commission (CMF) announces a timeframe extension for the second public consultation on the regulatory project that strengthens consent terms required from debtors for access to their information in the Consolidated Debt Registry (REDEC). The new timeframe to submit feedback is until June 15, 2026 and acknowledges requests from the industry given the proposed amendment's potential effects.
