CMF to file charges against 13 applications offering loans for alleged extortion and usury

They are available for download from Google Play and other websites.

June 12, 2026 - The Financial Market Commission (CMF) alerts the public about 13 applications not regulated by the CMF that offer loans and employ extortive collection techniques with signs of usury.

The CMF filed charges before the Public Prosecutor's Office against all parties responsible for the following applications, which are available for download from Google Play and other websites:

  1. "APP MICRO DINERO".
  2. "APP MONI AMIGO - PRÉSTAMOS".
  3. "APP LUCRA PLATA - LÍDER PRÉSTAMOS".
  4. "APP BONO MONEY".
  5. "APP FINZA - PRÉSTAMO DE CRÉDITO".
  6. "APP TACNA CASH".
  7. "APP DINERO FÁCIL".
  8. "APP SOLUCIÓN FACIL PRO".
  9. "APP CASH ALTIRO - CRÉDITO MÓVIL".
  10. "APP MITRI PLATA - PRÉSTAMOS SEGUROS".
  11. "APP SOLPRESTA CL - PRÉSTAMOS RAPIDOS".
  12. "APP RÁPIDO PRÉSTAMO - PRÉSTAMOS CHILE".
  13. "APP CUOTA SMART".

The Commission also reminds the public about the Fraud Alerts Page for investors, policyholders, and banking customers available on its website. Interested parties can verify here whether an entity or person offering financial products or services is supervised by the CMF; check alerts issued by the CMF and other foreign regulators on unregulated entities or activities; and other important advice for the protection of investors, policyholders, and financial clients.
