CMF Chairman Joaquín Cortez to participate in the “ChileDay” event to be held as of today in New York

April 15, 2019.- The Chairman of the Financial Market Commission (CMF), Joaquín Cortez, is participating as of today in the public-private meeting "ChileDay," held until the 16th of this month in New York, United States, and which seeks to promote Chile as a financial investment platform for the region.

The event is organized by the Ministry of Finance and InBest Chile, and it is expected to host public and private representatives of the Chilean financial market. Chairman Cortez will participate in meetings with representatives of major global banks and investment portfolio managers, among others. He will also attend the various official activities of the event.

Likewise, during his stay in New York, Chairman Cortez will meet with U.S. regulatory authorities to address issues specific to the Commission and the markets under its supervision.
