The CMF takes part in the Round Table for Corporative Government of Latin America arranged by the OCDE

June 8th, 2018.- The Financial Market Commission (CMF for its initials in Spanish) reports that Vice-president Rosario Celedón will act as speaker at the Round Table for Corporative Government of Latin America organized by the OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development), which on this occasion will be hosted by the National Commission of the Argentine Securities Market. This activity will take place at the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange, Argentina between June 12th and June 13th this year.

The seminar will address issues related to the implementation of G20/OCDE Corporative Government principles, opportunities and obstacles for the development of stock markets in Latin America; flexibility and proportionality in the regulatory frameworks and Corporative Government codes; recent stock exchange development and their implications in Corporative Government subjects.

Moreover, the Vice President will take part in June 11th in a meeting, where Latin-American Securities Market development will be discussed.
